This week's Illustration Friday theme is "monster." I thought this would be a great opportunity to do another one of my little creatures. I haven't decided on a name for these creatures yet, but this one is definitely not as cute as my previous ones.

reminds me of those spiky round things that fall from Sweetgum trees ^_^ I had a nightmare about them once when I was little so I do consider them a little scary!

Those burrs sure were nasty things. They clung to everything. I could see where a nightmare could come from them.

They are crazy little choppers. They would have been great in an old Mario Brothers game. Great now I the Mario music in my head.
